Joining Leicestershire Teachers CC
About LTCC.
Leicestershire Teachers Cricket Club was founded in the late 1940s. We have our own ground and club house. At one time all our players were teachers but now over 50% of the playing members are not teachers. New members are welcome, whether they are new to the game or experienced players. The club has a policy of trying to fit everyone in. We play club games rather than league matches. In 2007 we played 41 matches, won 19, drew 8 and lost 12 with 2 abandoned. There are indoor nets at Countesthorpe College on Mondays 8pm till 9pm - starting on 7th January 2008 till April. New players very welcome.
There is a club tour to Gloucestershire in the 3rd week of July. 6 matches in 6 days, Sunday to Friday.
